My primary task was to completely redesign the existing Ladders Recruiter product for desktop and mobile, and to create and implement a style guide. Primary user flows included job posting, candidate search, job management, including a dashboard for recruiters to have an overview of their job postings.
Worked in conjunction with project management to audit existing administrative applications, understand user needs, assess functionalities, define new user flows, and create wireframes and prototypes.
Executed designs using Sketch and Zeplin for desktop and mobile experiences.
